Renewing your Membership

a. If you renew your Membership online, it is much less work for us and less cost for you (no stamp and envelope).
b. To renew online, log into the site and access your profile by clicking on View profile above the Logout button. Choose to Renew Renew help

c. If you still prefer to mail in your payment, please allow at least one month for your Membership to be updated. You can renew by mail using the word or PDF document link below.

d.  If you wish to upgrade from a single to a family membership before the end of your annual membership, select the <upgrade> button below.  You will be charged a $10 upgrade fee.
If you are upgrading at the time of the annual renewal, GO to your profile page and select the upgrade box  (i.e., do not use the <membership> page).  Your renewal date will RESET to one year from the date you performed the upgrade

All payments are processed through Wild Apricot via PayPal.  You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay for membership.   Simply follow the directions for entering a credit card (requires name and address) as you would for any other purchasing web site)   


Upgrade Single To Family Before Annual Renewal

If you wish to upgrade from a single to a family membership before the end of your annual membership, use this option. All online payments are processed through Wild Apricot via PayPal.  You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay for membership using a credit card.   Simply follow the directions for entering a credit card (requires name and address) as you would for any other purchasing web site.

Upgrade Single To Family At Annual Renewal

If you are upgrading at the time of your annual renewal, select the upgrade box on your profile page (i.e., do not use this page). Note that your new Family membership will start at the date of the upgrade.


Change Family To Single Membership

If you wish to downgrade from a family to a single membership at the time of your annual renewal, email Email us at our contact address.


Lapsed Membership

Your membership will lapse if not renewed within 14 days of the renewal date.  You will still be able to log into the site using your email and password. You may see your profile and renew your membership at that time from the profile screen.

You will no longer be able to see member only pages, add comments to forums or news items, or receive email blasts from the club. You also will not be covered by club insurance or able to use special posting privileges extended to Ride Leaders, News Editors, etc.
