Annual Party and Meeting

Join us for our Annual Party and Meeting that will include a paid pizza luncheon and raffle prizes.  A short Annual Meeting will be held after the party to elect new Board members for 2025.

You are welcome to bring a guest(s) for a cost of $10 per person.  You can add a guest(s) during registration and pre-pay.

There will be pre-party rides that you can register for separately. 

Notes:

• We will be at Ramada #6 as picture below.
• Seating will be limited.  Please bring a chair if you have one.
• We expect pizza to arrive about 12 PM.  Other refreshments will be available before then.  Please be patient on the Pizza delivery as we must pick up the pizza.
• We will have a short Annual Meeting after eating and have a vote on new officers.
• There will be an electronic drawing on CCC swag after the meeting.
