32 mile route starts a La Placita in Green Valley

50 mile route starts at Saharita Rd. & I19

Ride description:   

Nice ride with gradual climb UP to the trail head at the end of Madera Canyon Rd.  Turn around and go back DOWN the way we came. Map Lunch at the end of the ride at La Placita mexican restaurant in the shopping center at SW corner of Esperanza and I19.

The Santa Rita Lodge gift shop supposedly has refreshments. If not, then there may be no water available on the route, so take plenty with you.

We're not sure if we will need our National Park passes or not, so bring it if you have one. Since senior passes are good for four people, we usually have adequate passes on our rides to get everyone into a park.

If anyone wants a longer ride, then to add about 20 miles, park at Fry's at Saharita Rd. and ride to the restaurant to meet us. Map No leader for this part of the route.
